Digimon World Dusk: Farm Quest: Water Goggles.

In condition to make this quest become available is get Guardromon with "Lazy" personality in your farm. You can DigiConvert Hagurumon in Sunken Tunnel and digivolve it into Guardromon.

Now talk to Andromon in Dark Center to accept the quest and go to your farm to talk to Guardromon. He will ask you to get Water Goggles in Thriller Ruins.

Go there. You will see Shurimon on the left path, go talk to him and he will tell you that you must find 'Pakemon'. Walk all around the path to the next screen on northeast.

You will find 'Pakemon' after you climb up the ladder. Talk to him and he will get mad because he is not Pakemon, but Bakemon (truth is, he is Roachmon. Digimon also can get multiple personality disorder sometimes, heh...)

After this fight, he will give you Water Goggles. Now go back to the city and give it to Guardromon. And you will get 130 Tamer Points, 4790 bits and a GateDisk as rewards.
